Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Macedon, Wayne County, NY, on Monday, September 13, 2010, 7:30 p.m., at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, Macedon, NY, for the following applications:

APPLICATIONS:

PB-08-10 – ANKOM SDG Corp. – 2052 O’Neill Road – Site plan
modification – Building expansion

PB-09-10 – VanLaeken – 3108 & 3242 Daansen Road – Two-lot
subdivision – Boundary line adjustment between two adjoining parcels

All interested parties and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the above applications. Anyone may appear in person or by agent.

**Please note the Board of Elections has consolidated District 5 (Village) with Districts 3 & 4 for the Primary)


DEER MANAGEMENT PERMIT DEADLINE - OCTOBER 1

Deer Management Permits are now available through October 1.
•If you are a NYS resident and applying for preference as a disabled veteran (40% or higher service-related disability), you will need your Veteran's Administration case number.
•If you are applying as a landowner (50 acres or more contiguous acres within the WMU for which you are applying), you will need your tax map identification number and SWIS code (found on your tax bill).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Macedon is soliciting bids for the installation of two (2) emergency backup generators. The plans and bid documents are available at the Macedon Town Clerk’s Office, 32 Main Street, Macedon, NY 14502. Bids are due by 10 a.m. on September 17, 2010. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. For further detailed information please contact Scott Allen, Town Engineer at 315-986-5932.
