PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Macedon will hold a public hearing on the February 9, 2012 at 7:45 p.m. prevailing time, at the
Town Hall, 32 Main Street, Macedon, New York, for the purpose of considering a Special Use Permit to allow AEY Development LLC to establish an office and maintenance building in an ORM (Office/Research/Manufacturing) District located at 1607 Commons Parkway. Any person may appear, in person or by representation, to voice comments for or against the granting of the application. Copies of the application may be examined at the Town Clerk's Office at any time during regular business hours.

ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL
MEETING AND MONTHLY MEETING
SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2012 annual organizational meeting of the Walworth Fire District No. 1 will be on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at the Walworth Fire Hall located at 2178 Church Street, Walworth, New York. The purpose of this meeting is to audit the 2011 treasurer’s financial reports, review 2011 meeting minutes, elect a Chairperson of the Board of Fire Commissioners, delegate specific assignments and conduct any other necessary business.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the regular monthly meetings of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Walworth Fire District No. 1 for the 2012 calendar year will take place on the second Thursday of each month. All such meetings will take place at the Walworth Fire Hall located at 2178 Church Street, Walworth and will commence at 7:30 p.m.
Scheduling of all special meetings will occur at the discretion of the Chairperson of the Board of Fire Commissioners.
