The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May 25, 2017 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 7:30 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 137 (2017) APPROVAL OF MINUTES

RESOLVED the Board approves the minutes from the May 11, 2017 (regular meeting)

RESOLUTION NO. 138 (2017) INSPECTION AGREEMENT – DAVIS ULMER

RESOLVED the Town Board approves the Inspection Agreement with Davis-Ulmer dated April 14, 2017 and the Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign said agreement.

RESOLVED the Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the agreement with GHD Consulting Services, Inc.

Charles Prior from GHD Consulting Services, Inc spoke to the Board regarding the progress with the Water Project.

7:45 – Presentation – Anthony Crisc & Mark Francis – NY Life

Mr. Crisc & Mr. Francis spoke to the Town Board regarding offering Whole Life insurance to the employees.

RESOLUTION NO. 140 (2017) RESIGNATION – FENDT

RESOLVED the Board accepts the resignation from Evan Fendt as ALS medic effective June 6, 2017.
