The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May 12, 2016 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 7:30 p.m.

Correspondence:

· Twilight on the Erie RV Resort – would like to thank the Town Board and Planning Board in supporting their business. Twilight on the Erie RV Resort will be celebrating their ribbon cutting at 2:00pm pm June 11, 2016 and has extended an invitation to the Town Board and Planning Board to attend. The resort will be holding events throughout the weekend.

Roundtable:

Chris Countryman Highway Superintendent

- Tree Trimming on Bickford and Lapham is underway.

- Highway will be working on the Culver pipes on Quaker Road West and Barnes Rd.

Councilman Maul

- Meeting with MAPO regarding the Police contract.

Police Chief John Colella

- New York National Guard is looking into drop boxes for prescriptions. That would mean that the Macedon Police Department can collect unused prescriptions year round. Chief Colella will keep the board updated.
