The Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held May 5, 2016 at the Town Complex, 32 Main Street, in the Town of Macedon was called to order by Supervisor Sandy Pagano at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLUTION NO. 98 (2016) AMBULANCE STAFFING – NORTHEAST QUADRANT ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT, INC.

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the agreement with Northeast Quadrant Advance Life Support, Inc to furnish staffing personnel for the Town of Macedon Ambulance Service. Effective June 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017.

RESOLUTION NO. 99 (2016) INTERMUNICIPAL AGREEMENT – TOWN ENGINEER

BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement with the Village of Macedon authorizing the Town to provide building inspection, code enforcement, and sewer and water engineering services on behalf of the Village.

RESOLUTION NO. 100 (2016) INTERMUNICIPAL AGREEMENT – CROSSING GUARD

BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement with the Village of Macedon authorizing the Town to furnish a school crossing guard at the intersection of Main Street (NYS Route 31) and West Street on behalf of the Village.

RESOLUTION NO. 101 (2016) INTERMUNICIPAL AGREEMENT – TOWN HIGHWAY DUMP TRUCK

BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement with the Village of Macedon authorizing the Town Highway Department to permit the Village to use a Town dump truck to haul materials within the Village.

RESOLUTIONS NO. 102 (2016) EASMENTS ZURICH, CLARK & SLEPECKI

RESOLVED the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to sign the sewer easements for Zurich, Clark and Slepecki.

RESOLUTION NO. 103 (2016) EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED the Board enter Executive Session at 8:10 p.m. to discuss contracts.
