A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Macedon held December 22, 2010 was called to order by Supervisor William Hammond at 1P.M.

Upon Roll Call, the following members of the Board were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 275 (10) MONEY TRANSFER FOR TRUCK PURCHASE

RESOLVED the Macedon Town Board authorize $5,000.00 to be transferred from B8010.400 to the CEO Car Cash Reserve B 0232 and be it further

RESOLVED the Macedon Town Board authorizes the purchase of a 2011 Ford F-150 4x4 Truck with equipment for the Code Enforcement Officer to be paid out of B8010.200 and the CEO Cash Reserve Account B 0232.

MOTION BY KENYON, SECONDED BY MAUL

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

PAGANO ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

RESOLUTION NO. 276 (10) TOWN HISTORIAN - BURGIO RETIRES

BE IT RESOLVED that the Macedon Town Board regretfully accept the resignation of Helen Burgio, Town Historian.

ROLL CALL VOTE: KENYON AYE, MAUL AYE, MCEWEN AYE,

PAGANO ABSENT, HAMMOND AYE MOTION CARRIED

MOTION BY HAMMOND, SECONDED BY MCEWEN THAT THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 1:15 P.M.
