TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

March 15, 2021

 

PRESENT:  Vice Chairman Mert Bartels, Members Mark McEwen, Greg Whitney, and Suzanne Airy.  Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen, Town Engineer Scott Allen and Board Clerk Brandi Schutt.  Absent were Chairman Doug Allen, Kevin Rooney, and Tom Morrison.

 

Vice Chairman Mert Bartels called the meeting to order at 7:39 p.m.

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

                       

Motion made by Suzanne Airy to waive the reading of the legal notice, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor; motion carried.

 

PB-07-21 – I Gordon Realty– 1900 Route 31– Realty Subdivision

 

Motion made by Suzanne Airy to open the public hearing, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor; motion carried.

 

No one present to speak in favor or against.

 

Motion made by Suzanne Airy to close the public hearing, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor; motion carried.

   

NEW BUSINESS:

 

PB-07-21 – I Gordon Realty– 1900 Route 31– Realty Subdivision

 

Town Engineer Scott Allen explained that the applicant wants to subdivide the land where the town court is currently located at in West Wayne Plaza.

 

Motion made by Greg Whitney to issue a negative declaration on SEQRA, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; motion carried.

 

Motion made by Greg Whitney to grant final site plan approval, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor; motion carried.

   

 MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 03-01-21 minutes was made by Suzanne Airy, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor; motion carried.

 

ADJOURNMENT:

 

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Suzanne Airy, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
