TOWN OF MACEDON

PLANNING BOARD

May 20, 2019

PRESENT: Chairman Doug Allen, members Greg Whitney, Mert Bartels, Mark McEwen, Suzanne Airy, and Tom Morrison. Also present were Town Councilman David McEwen and Board Clerk Brandi Schutt. Absent were Town Engineer Scott Allen and Kevin Rooney.

Chairman Allen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS:

PB-01-19 – Delaware River Solar LLC – Frey

Dan Compitello was present to address the board.

Motion made by Greg Whitney to give a positive referral for a Special Use Permit, seconded by Mert Bartels. All in favor (Rooney absent); motion carried.

Motion made by Mark McEwen to grant final approval, seconded by Suzanne Airy. All in favor (Rooney absent); motion carried.

PB-07-19 – MacFall – 2100 Daansen Road

The applicant is looking to build a single family home. The board expressed that they had no issues with the project.

PB-08-19 – Hallings – 1969 Eddy Road

The applicant is looking to build a single family home. The board expressed that they had no issues with the project.

MINUTES:

A motion to approve the 05-06-19 minutes was made by Suzanne Airy, seconded by Greg Whitney. All in favor (Rooney absent); motion carried.
