NEW BUSINESS:

Reynolds (McEvoy-Curtain) – 2309 Macedon Center Road – Town Board referral – Expansion of non-conforming use (addition to existing motor vehicle repair shop) – Applicant Ron Reynolds was present to explain this request.  He would like to add a 40 ft. x 40 ft. addition to the rear of his existing shop.  This would allow additional space for him to service/inspect trucks which cannot be accommodated in his present building.  The roofline of the addition will be approximately 2 ft. higher than that of the present building.  Garage doors will be located on the north side (rear) of the addition.  Board members gave a positive referral for this proposal.

LOG-INS:

PB-13-12 – KunzerCanandaigua Road – Single-family residential site plan

PB-15-12 – Mancuso (Green) – Macedon Center Road – Single-family residential site plan

ZBA REFERRAL:

Z-12-12 – Haak1437 Wilson Road – Area Variance – Section 135 Schedule I – Side setback for accessory structure – The applicant would like to build a detached garage next to his home and is requesting a 1 ft. side setback (variance of 14 ft.).  Board members gave a negative referral for this request.  They felt:  (1) 1 ft. would be too close to the property line; 5 ft. would be a minimum setback.  (2) If garage were attached to home, applicant could request a variance for a 7 ft. setback.  (3) A letter of support from the adjoining property owner should be provided.

ADJOURNMENT:
