LOCAL LAW No. 2 of 2024
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Macedon on the 25th day of April, 2024 at 7:45 p.m. at the Macedon Town Hall, 32 West Main Street, Macedon, New York to hear and consider comments from the public in regard to Local Law No. 2 of 2024:
Local Law No. 2 of 2024 Regulates the operation of agricultural event venues within the Town
Copies of the entire proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2024 are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

TOWN OF MACEDON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LOCAL LAW No. 1 of 2024 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Macedon on the 25th day of April, 2024 at 7:10 p.m. at the Macedon Town Hall, 32 West Main Street, Macedon, New York to hear and consider comments from the public in regard to Local Law No. 1 of 2024: Local Law No. 1 of 2024 Regulates special events within the Town by requiring the issuance of a special event permit by the Town Board Copies of the entire proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2024 are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
